This all started after I finished my tutorials on that small “Plants vs Zombies” clone. That thing wasn’t much of a game. It didn’t had a win or a fail state. It was just some small mechanics that I implemented in order to see how I use Bolt. The reason why I did this small PvZ clone is because I did the same project using FlowCanvas which is another visual tool I covered in the past.
So after finishing that tutorial, I decided to start creating a small game that will feel more complete. I would also challenge myself on implementing more complex stuff in order to learn Unity, but no to complex because I want to keep things small.
I really have no idea on how this is going to turn out. At the time of writing this (21.December.2017) I just recorded Devlog #2, I just livestreamed for 4 hours again… and I’m feeling really good and excited. So let’s see together how this thing is going to turn out 🙂
Another thing that I have to add is that the development of this game is being live streamed on my Twitch Channel. You can see me struggle implementing features, loosing more of my hair fixing bugs and smiling while thinking of design decisions 😀 So join me!
